Ziel dabei ist es, wiederkehrende Prozesse so effizient wie möglich zu gestalten, Abläufe ständig zu iterieren und Ineffizienzen zu reduzieren. Was dabei auf der Strecke bleibt sind häufig weiche Faktoren wie Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Stress oder die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Dustin Feld ist Mitgründer von adiutaByte, eine Ausgründung des Fraunhofer Instituts, das Algorithmen entwickelt, um eben solche weichen Faktoren in die Tourenplanung von Pflegeunternehmen einzubeziehen. In unserem Gespräch thematisieren wir eine emphatische KI, bei der weiche Faktoren eine wichtige Rolle spielen könnten und inwiefern diese eine Antwort auf grundlegende Problemstellung der künstlichen Intelligenz sein könnten.

Optimization models have always played an essential role in almost all economic sectors. The goal is to make recurring processes as efficient as possible, to constantly iterate processes and reduce inefficiencies. What often falls by the wayside are soft factors such as employee satisfaction, stress or the individual needs of customers. Dustin Feld is co-founder of adiutaByte, a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute, which develops algorithms to incorporate just such soft factors into the route planning of care companies. In our discussion we will focus on an emphatic AI, in which soft factors could play an important role and to what extent they could be an answer to fundamental problems of artificial intelligence.
